As a young person who cares deeply about the future of our planet… I urge the Government of Pakistan to ratify the High Seas Treaty as soon as possible… Our oceans are essential to marine biodiversity, climate stability ,and the well being of future generations… The high seas belong to no single nation yet protecting them is a shared responsibility… By ratifying this historic agreement. Pakistan can contribute to international cooperation, support the creation of marine protected areas and help safeguard vulnerable marine life from overexploitation… The treaty’s entry into force is an important milestone but its success depends on countries continuing to join and implement it… We must act now to ensure that the ocean remains healthy and full of life for generations to come… Please ratify the High Seas Treaty and help turn our shared commitment to ocean protection into meaningful action… Thanks.
