“We expect the One Ocean Summit to make significant advances for the health of the global ocean”

A collective of 19 NGOs working for the protection of marine ecosystems and the global ocean, asks that the Heads of State participating in the One Ocean Summit in Brest, from February 9 -11, commit to concrete advances in ocean protection such as the adoption of a robust High Seas Treaty, a moratorium on deep sea mining and increased protections in Antarctica.
