The High Seas Alliance is excited to announce the launch of our High Seas Youth Ambassador Program that brings together and united 15 youth activists, change-makers and leaders from across the world who want to help protect and conserve the high seas. The Ambassador Program provides a platform to empower young people to raise their voices in support of a strong treaty to protect the high seas for future generations. As youth voices have been conspicuously absent in the negotiations to date, the Ambassador Program will ensure youth voices are heard by governments and ocean stakeholders, and demonstrate youth commitment to protect high seas marine life.
